Register now for the fourth annual symposium, Trademark Law and Its Challenges 2013, presented by The McCarthy Institute for Intellectual Property and Technology Law and Microsoft Corporation, hosted this year by Fox Entertainment Group.
This year's symposium features a closing keynote address entitled "Getting Out Of The Kitchen: Building MasterChef From An International Television Series Into A Global Lifestyle Brand," presented by Ben Liebmann, Chief Executive Officer, Shine 360°.
The symposium brings together brand owners, trademark attorneys, and public policymakers to face off on today's most pressing issues in trademark law, including right of publicity, ICANN's gTLD program, trademark empirics in academia and practice, and intermediary liability. The conference will take place in the Darryl F. Zanuck Theater at 20th Century Fox Studios in Los Angeles on Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, followed by an on-site networking cocktail reception sponsored by Venable LLP.
